Trypsin is an enzyme. An enzyme is a protein that speeds up a certain biochemical reaction. Trypsin is found in the small intestine. Trypsin can also be made from fungus, plants, and bacteria, but trypsin is usually made for commercial purposes from the pancreas of livestock. Trypsin and chymotrypsin are produced by the pancreas and play an important role in the digestion of dietary proteins. Trypsin cleaves proteins and polypeptides at lysine and arginine residues, while chymotrypsin acts on large hydrophobic residues, such as tryptophan, tyrosine, and phenylalanine. Diclofenac is used to relieve pain, swelling ( inflammation ), and joint stiffness caused by arthritis. Reducing these symptoms helps you do more of your normal daily activities. Diclofenac is known as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory ( NSAID) drug used to treat pain associated with conditions like gout, Migraine Rheumatoid Arthritis, sprains of muscle, and joints, and mild to moderate fever in some cases.                                       MECHANISM OF ACTION

Trypsin is a medium-size globular protein that functions as a pancreatic serine protease. Trypsin is formed in the small intestine when its proenzyme form, the trypsinogen produced by the pancreas, is activated. Trypsin cleaves peptide chains mainly at the carboxyl side of the amino acids lysine or arginine except when lysine or arginine, except when either is followed by proline. Trypsin is used for numerous biotechnological processes. Chymotrypsin is a digestive enzyme synthesized in the pancreas that plays an essential role in proteolysis or the breakdown of proteins and polypeptides, Chymotrypsin aids in the digestion of proteins in the duodenum by preferentially cleaving peptide amide bonds. Diclofenac works by blocking the actions of substances in the body called cyclo-oxygenase (cox). Diclofenac blocks the production of these prostaglandins and this reduces inflammation and pain. Paracetamol well-known medicine that has commonly used to relieve pain and bring down the fever.
