Dapagliflozin and vildagliptin tablets are a combination of two antidiabetic medications used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. The tablets help control blood sugar levels by working together with diet and exercise to improve insulin utilization: 

• Dapagliflozin: Helps remove excess sugar from the body through urine. 
• Vildagliptin: Increases the body production of incretins, which signal the pancreas to release more insulin and the liver to stop producing sugar when blood sugar levels are too high. This helps reduce fasting and post-prandial blood sugar levels.
