Bisoprolol and telmisartan are both medications that can be used to treat high blood pressure: 

• Bisoprolol
• A beta blocker that relaxes blood vessels by blocking certain natural substances in the body. This can help lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and other heart and kidney problems. Bisoprolol can also be used to treat heart failure and certain types of arrhythmias. 
• Telmisartan
• An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that works by blocking substances that tighten blood vessels. Telmisartan can also help protect the kidneys of people with diabetes.
