Rabeprazole Domperidone Sustained Release Capsules are prescribed for treatment of acid reflux disease, heartburn, and excessive gastric acid production in body. They are proton pump inhibitors and are known to get absorbed quickly in parietal cells of stomach. These capsules work by binding to H+/K+ ATPase pump and inhibit secretion of gastric acid. They are known to be metabolized by CYP3A4 & CYP2C19 enzymes with excellent protein binding ability of about 96.3%. Rabeprazole Domperidone Sustained Release Capsules are also highly effective against symptomatic gastroesophageal reflux disease & Zollinger Ellison Syndrome. They can also relieve nausea & vomiting and increase gastrointestinal peristalsis.
