Lactulose syrup is same as Looz Syrup.
A clear, viscous, sweet-tasting, colorless-to-yellowish liquid, acting as an osmotic laxative to treat chronic constipation and a detoxifying agent for liver diseases (hepatic encephalopathy). It works by drawing water into the colon, softening stools and decreasing blood ammonia levels
