Turpentine-Oil
Description
This oil is obtained from the resin of live trees like pine by the process of distillation. It is used as a solvent and as a source of materials for organic synthesis in various industries. Turpentine-Oil is generally used for thinning oil-based paints, for producing varnishes, and as a raw material for the chemical industry. It is also used in various medicines and can be applied topically to heal abrasions and wounds as well as for treatment of lice.
