Mr. Pardeep Arora has more than 33 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing. He is known for his high standards, hard work, and creative leadership. After a long and successful career in the corporate world, he decided to take a different route — one that would enable him to have a greater impact on the healthcare sector.

As the founder of Metamorf Lifesciences, he was instrumental in touching the lives of over 10 million patients annually and positioning himself with the mantra “Transforming Lives to Transform the Lives of Healthcare Partners”.

Currently, he is in charge of sales and marketing at Moulins Pharmaceuticals, where Mr. Arora applies his extensive experience, strategic insights, and human-centric approach to developing the company’s visibility and mission. His approach — “Healthcare, Beyond Medicine” — symbolizes his unending devotion to empathy, quality, and substantial change in the healthcare realm.

Tanmay Arora

CEO, Moulins Pharmaceuticals

Tanmay Arora, a graduate in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, makes Moulins Pharmaceuticals a company with a solid foundation of expertise and experience. Before he made the leap to Moulins, he was first in line at Dr. Reddy's and in the Young Leaders Program where he got to know the ins and outs of research and production. As the Excellence Head there, he took charge of the projects that were the most to the glory of efficiency and innovation.

The mission of the company — “Healthcare, Beyond Medicine” — is what Tanmay, the CEO of Moulins Pharmaceuticals, is now concentrating on. According to him, it cannot be done without creating significant healthcare solutions, sparking innovation, and making sure that every corner of the healthcare system is reached by having compassion for care.

Durgesh Saini

Director – Sales, Moulins Pharmaceuticals

Durgesh Saini, who has more than 15 years of experience in containing pharmaceuticals, is known for his strong sales skills and his ability to make friends on the market, which in turn, has been the main factor for the sales growth. At the previous position of General Manager at Metamorf Lifesciences, he was instrumental in the expansion of the company and establishing its communication with the patients.

At Moulins Pharmaceuticals, where he is the Director of Sales, Durgesh employs his extensive market knowledge and tactical foresight to manage the sales force.
