Pregabalin , Nortriptyline is a combination of two medicines: Pregabalin and Nortriptyline. Pregabalin, an alpha-2-delta ligand, helps reduce pain by regulating calcium channel activity in nerve cells. Nortriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant, enhances the levels of neurotransmitters (serotonin and noradrenaline) that block the transmission of pain signals in the brain. Together, they effectively relieve neuropathic pain caused by nerve damage.
