Levosalbutamol Sulphate , Ambroxol Hydrochloride , Guaiphenesin is a combination of three medicines: Levosalbutamol Sulphate (a bronchodilator), Ambroxol Hydrochloride (a mucolytic agent), and Guaiphenesin (an expectorant). Levosalbutamol Sulphate helps relax the airway muscles and widen the air passages, making breathing easier. Ambroxol Hydrochloride works by thinning and loosening mucus in the lungs, windpipe, and nose, making it easier to cough out. Guaiphenesin increases the volume of airway secretions, reduces mucus thickness, and helps clear it from the respiratory tract.
