Homoeo Laboratories was formed by Dr. Sadashiv Pendse and Smt. Malti Sadashiv Pendse in Mumbai with a great passion for homeopathy. The Company was founded in the Early 1950’s by Late Dr. Sadashiv Pendse and Late Smt. Malti Sadashiv Pendse and started regular operations by about 1954 when the Brand Den Tonic was first introduced. Mrs. Jayanti Marathe (Edu. B.A) and Mrs. Shobha Vaidya (B.Sc. LLB), daughters of Dr. Pendse took over the charge of the laboratory in early 70’s. In the beginning they were producing remedies in biochemical and homeopathy. In late 70’s they gave preference to homoepathy products and closed biochemical sector. In 2010, Mr. Madhav Vaidya (M.Pharma, MBA) son of Shobha Vaidya and Mrs. Mrudula Khadilkar (B.Sc Home Science) daughter of Jayanti Marathe joined the organization.
